We start by talking with one of our Partners over the phone. We chat about your project and decide on the first meeting. It can be at our office in Gurgaon, NCR, or we can have it on a video call. In this meeting, we learn more about what you need. We show you our systems and recent projects. We're here to answer all your questions about design, managing the project, budgets, and timelines.

What is the expected time frame for the completion of my home?
The time it takes to plan and set up a place can be different depending on things like how big it is and what condition it's in. For a simple idea, making a plan for an apartment might take one to two months, while planning a villa could take two to four months. Setting up an apartment that already has some things like floors and walls might take few months.
My site is not in Gurgaon – can you still execute it for me?
Yes. We only use our own construction teams from Gurgaon and don't hire local contractors. This helps us keep high quality and stick to our timelines. But, in these cases, there will be extra charges for work done outside our usual area, on top of our normal rates.
